We help leaders (re)discover and embrace their unique purpose in organizations, in their communities and at home growing leaders who grow leaders, strengthen families, and heal communities. We are more interested in long-term influence and impact than achieving the next rung on a ladder. We want to see leaders thriving, not merely surviving. We provide leadership coaching, consulting, team development, and group training facilitation. We have experience at all levels of organizational leadership. We love to engage those taking their first managerial steps and those who sit at the executive table; we’ve been there. We also have experience across the nonprofit sector from organizations to churches to denominational leadership in the U.S. and internationally.
