Over the past several years, Denis has helped clients with traditional estate planning matters, Medicaid Asset Protection, VA Pension (Aid and Attendance), Probate and Guardianship, Fiduciary and other Trust & Estate Litigation, and Elder Financial Abuse/Exploitation.
