RISE Capital is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with its Russian representative office based in Moscow. The Group includes Swedish and foreign subsidiaries. Russian engineering companies also joined the Group in order to implement turnkey investment projects. RISE Capital possesses a wide range of financial and non-financial instruments for the successful implementation of priority infrastructure projects in the Russian Federation. The Group prepares, finances and implements projects in partnership with the Russian federal and regional authorities. Strategic partnership agreements have been signed with the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and the Murmansk, Tomsk, and Lipetsk regions. Several more agreements are currently in the development stage.
