RISE is an innovative staff-led mutual that designs and delivers behavioural change programmes and new approaches. Our work is used in the justice system, domestic abuse, and children and families to transform the lives of individuals, families and communities. We provide a safety support service for victim/survivors of domestic violence and abuse. In order to create safe communities, our experienced team of professionals empower people to break their cycle of harmful behaviour and develop better long-term relationships with their families and society. They are driven by the belief that anyone can make better decisions, given the right support. We also offer Training and Consultancy courses for businesses in order to shape a positive workplace culture together.
