Rising Insurance Star Executives (R.I.S.E.) was founded to be a springboard to help bridge the talent gap by recognizing and advancing the best young talent in the insurance industry. RISE is the voice of superstar young professionals who are looking for ways to share their innovative ideas, spread a new message about who the insurance industry is, and propel their own careers. Since there are such few opportunities for young people at the national level, RISE helps open doors by offering discounts to industry conferences, personal and professional development training and webinars, publication and speaking opportunities, a mentor program, and an annual award profiling emerging leaders.
