Well-rounded fitness program Our weekly program addresses the 7 functional movement patterns, equally and consistently, with the goal of achieving a well-balanced fitness profile. Threefold programming philosophy - Build muscle so we can support our joints for daily movement- Nurture proper movement patterns so that we are moving our joints through their full range- Develop cardiovascular health so that we're healthier, from the inside out. Strength is imperative. Mobility is non-negotiable. Conditioning allows us to live life large. COACHING The most important people on the floor are the athletes, but the most critical element on that floor, are the coaches who guide them. Personal training in a group environment Every program and movement can be tailor-made to each individual, and our attention to coaching detail allows for a very personal training experience. Coaching Methodology Our Coaching Manual covers philosophy, values, tools, and knowledge in the delivery of service, so that every coach is multilaterally fulfilling the same mission. We truly care Everyone says it, we embody it. We don't work with fitness instructors, we work with coaches. We commit to helping people get to a healthier place in their lives.
