Therefore the quality of our work and expertise is something that cannot be matched by general practices, automated conveyancing providers or for that matter some of the larger, corporate law firms. Our background comes from acting for investor purchasers, domestic or overseas, in the acquisition and sale of property in and around central London. We are however equipped to deal with all property matters whether they are related to a one-off investment, a portfolio of investments or simply the sale or purchase of your domestic property. Since all of our practitioners and support staff handle only conveyancing matters and work together as a team we are uniquely positioned to offer a wealth of experience to assist all types of clients, individual or corporate, whatever their conveyancing needs. We offer a thorough and efficient service no matter how big or small your conveyancing requirement and we will of course liaise with any appointed estate agents to ensure that your property transaction is as smooth as possible. We are a CQS accredited firm and are therefore panel approved solicitors for many of the street banks in the UK but we also have dealings with numerous overseas banks where offshore clients are seeking funding within their own country of residency.
