Rising Together Foundation

Rising Together Foundation (RITOF) is a youth-led nonprofit organisation committed to empowering young people with disabilities to lead, thrive, and transform their communities. We champion inclusive development by advancing equitable access to education, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), leadership opportunities, and climate justice initiatives that centre the voices of underserved youth. Grounded in a rights-based and intersectional approach, RITOF designs programs that build leadership capacity, foster economic participation, and strengthen the agency of children and young people with disabilities, refugees, and those living with HIV/AIDS. Our work blends community engagement, innovation, and evidence-based advocacy to influence systems, policies, and social attitudes. We collaborate with local and international partners to co-create sustainable solutions that expand opportunities for marginalized youth and promote meaningful participation at every level of decision-making. Through inclusive leadership training, advocacy campaigns, innovation hubs, and climate action projects, we strive to unlock the full potential of young people and drive long-term social impact. Rising Together Foundation exists to ensure that no young person is left behind and that every voice is heard, valued, and empowered to shape a more equitable future.
