The issues of health, safety and environment have become major factors in setting up industrial projects. With government regulation, industry guidelines and standards covering new industrial projects and operation there is an ever increasing need for competent personnel who can ensure proper implementation of HSE factors into industrial projects. Teaching and training in the area of Hazard assessment and Risk analysis form an important means through which expertise in carrying out risk analysis can be passed on to others The academy is setup with the aim to provide the necessary skill, training and expertise to the concerned parties to enable implementation of these HSE related issues. The academy focus is on industrial designers, consultants, regulators and operating personnel drawn from the industries. We offer training programs, certification, consulting and software support in hazard management for engineering projects, with specific focus on HAZID techniques and software packages for hazard identification, assessment and mitigation
