Risotto

Risotto is an AI-native internal support platform that automatically resolves 40-60% of IT and HR tickets. Built by IT, for IT—and loved by employees. Traditional help desks bolt AI onto legacy systems. We built Risotto AI-native from day one, with conversational understanding, screenshot reasoning, and end-to-end workflow orchestration built in from the ground up. Risotto integrates with your existing tools (Slack, MS Teams, Jira, Okta, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Freshservice, ServiceNow) to automate common IT support tasks like access provisioning, password resets, general knowledge questions, and approval workflows - all while maintaining enterprise-grade security. What makes us different: •AI-native architecture, not retrofitted AI •Multi-department support (IT, HR, Legal, Finance) out of the box •Continuous learning from your team's conversations Trusted by: Gusto, Superhuman, Retool, Fundrise, ThoughtSpot, Jobber, Vidyard, Trust & Will, Hazel Health, and more. Backed by Y Combinator (W24), Bonfire Capital, and 645 Ventures.
