Rita Costa holds a master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon and a degree in Psychology from the University of Beira Interior in Portugal. She is also certified as a Human Resources Analyst by Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil and holds a certification in Human Resources Management from the CIPD at the National College of Ireland. Her extensive experiences across Portugal, Brazil, and Ireland, where she lived for several years, along with various international travels and professional networks, have driven the development of business partnerships worldwide, enabling mentorship and advisory services to directors, managers, leaders, and clients from diverse sectors and professional levels.
