RiTS is: An IT system integrator, Management Consulting, Capacity Building business. RiTS was: Established in Baghdad in 2004. Succeeded in surviving todate despite the harsh business and security environment in Iraq. RiTS is an important brand in Iraq known for its high service levels, quality, efficient performance and ethical processes. RiTS has: A long record of successful projects carried out for clients like USAID, UN, World Bank, KOIKA, Iraqi Ministries, Mobile operators, Microsoft, Black & Veatch, Deloitte, Atos, and many more. RiTS Innovation: Is demonstrated by its long list of conceptual solutions for many of the worst management problems Iraq faces. These are all published. In 2016 we started to execute these projects where possible and with limited budgets. We achieved so 3 important innovative projects: 1. Little India: Offshore programming services by Iraqis for US corporations. Prosthetic Hands: Production of low cost mechanical hands for disabled people who lost part of their hand or arm using 3D Printing technology. Startups Incubator: For university graduates. Starting with AlMansour University College. The incubator supports graduates entrepreneurs from the point of choosing a project to do until they reach sustainable profitable operation. RiTS & Entrepreneurship: It is becoming increasingly certain that the public sector is no longer capable of running the bulk of economic activities in Iraq. Also thanks to corruption no investment capital is coming into the country while all wealth created by the few through corruption is leaving the country searching for safer countries. This leaves us with unbelievable high levels of unemployment. The solution in RiTS's opinion is through intensive entrepreneurship and depending on the know-how, access to technology and wealth of Iraqis outside Iraq to help produce profitable startups by the young Iraqi youth. RiTS has many plans to rejuvenate the Iraqi economy with entrepreneurship.
