Since 2012, with the help of our highly trained staff, we have been able to offer our clients the highest level of service in an elegant and comfortable setting in the heart of River Oaks. With the combination of our sleek office design and our first class menu of services, we’re your personal retreat only minutes away from home. In 2012, River Oaks MedSpa and The Texas Health and Weight Loss Institute launched with a focus on providing chiropractic care in conjunction with weight loss services. Beginning in 2015, under new ownership and management, River Oaks MedSpa has been transformed from the ground up. While maintaining the highest level of service for weight loss patients, we have enhanced our abilities to service patients with an increased focus on aesthetics and facial rejuvenation. With the increase in services, the office received its own aesthetic update in August of 2015. An additional two rooms were added along with a complete makeover of the office to match the atmosphere with the level of service our patients deserve.
