River SaaS Capital provides alternative venture financing to growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses in the U.S. Our goal is to help sticky, high margin, subscription-revenue-based companies reach their full potential by helping access fast, flexible financing. We offer a great deal of flexibility depending on the needs of the funding candidate and the state of their cashflow. Funds are most often initially structured as 36 or 48-month term loans with principal and interest paid monthly, but alternatives are available, such as interest only and revenue sharing on post-investment earnings. We pride ourselves on our ability to grow with our portfolio companies over time, with the ability to lend up to $5M of either debt or equity.
