Riverview Lodge & Wellness Centre

Changing Lives It wasn’t long ago that “experts” claimed that diabetes was irreversible. Yet despite the claims of the experts, Riverview Wellness Centre opened its doors in 2006 with the premise that lifestyle was the answer to the growing epidemic. Today, our research based lifestyle change programme continues to help hundreds to regain control of their health by changing the very things in their lifestyle that brought about disease. Tired of taking pills? Are you struggling with your sugar levels? Is your high blood pressure a cause of concern? Has your doctor told you that you must lose weight? Have you tried to change your eating habits over and over to no avail? High BP and diabetes are life-threatening conditions that can lead to disability, strokes and heart attacks. Many people believe these are lifetime conditions. Consistent Results Our time-tested research based programme has proven to be consistently effective. • 90% of our guests reported normalized blood sugar levels by the end of our programme. • 85% of our hypertensive guests lowered their blood pressure to a normal range. • 100% of our overweight guests experienced weight loss during and after our programme.
