Riverview Retirement Community

Riverview Retirement Community is a company based out of 1801 E Upriver Dr, Spokane, Washington, United States. We provide assisted and independent living apartments in our Terrace, and independent living in our Village homes, which are buy-in opportunities. We also provide secure and loving memory care assisted living in our Veranda. We value employees and serve our residents first by engaging in daily activities with them. Our CEO and Finance teams are on-site, as we have operated locally since 1959. No out-of-state ownership or leadership. Our board of directors is made up of representatives from surrounding Lutheran churches. We have a chaplain on-site, excellent food provided by Chef Tony Usher, a workshop that includes a teacher 4 days a week, and an aquatic and fitness center. Come take a tour and learn more about us!
