Rivo-Noord
RIVO-Noord is een ambitieus samenwerkingsnetwerk in de provincies Drenthe, Friesland en Groningen. Een samenwerkingsnetwerk op het gebied van informatievoorziening in de zorg, met mensen die de zorg zelf verlenen (cmio's). Ons netwerk gaat de grenzen van de individuele zorgorganisaties en de bekende lijnen voorbij. Omdat we ervan overtuigd zijn dat zorg in zorgnetwerken of regionale zorgpaden verleend moet worden om inwoners van onze zorgregio van de beste zorg te kunnen voorzien. Een gezamenlijke, regionale informatievoorziening is daarvoor het fundament.
