Rizoma is a company that is relentlessly advancing with a visonary enthusiasm towards continuous new challenges. It has come a long way since it started out in the small workshop where it all began on the outskirts of Milan just over 10 years ago. The company is proud to be a “Created in Italy” organisation which exports its extraordinary designer brand worldwide. The two brothers Fabrizio and Fabio Rigolio, who started the adventure in their fathers small family-run workshop in 2001, today have a catalogue with over 1,500 products which are sold in 160 countries. Rizoma means “root”, an appropriate name for an organization which is firmly rooted to the fashion and design district near Milan. In the years since they began, they have gone through many process changes, they’ve changed styles and been influenced by various stimuli, but one aspect has remained unvaried, the importance they give to their people. The human resourses are the essential asset of Rizoma. Everyone is encouraged to challenge convention and to freely express their potential and ideas.
