RJ2 is a reproductive justice consulting firm, which provides technical assistance, strategic planning and facilitation, training module development, decolonized evaluation methods, and strategic coaching services. RJ2 centers the Reproductive Justice Framework outlined by Sister Song Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective. Reproductive Justice as defined by Sister Song, is the human right to maintain personal bodily autonomy, have children, not have children, and parent the children we have in safe and sustainable communities. We offer aptly situated intersectional, anti-racist, root-cause analysis of structural inequities which manifest in micro-level and macro-level institutions. We work with your organization to eliminate harm from your routine practices. In accordance with our vision, we provide evidence-based support to eliminate harm in racially minoritized women’s communities.
