RJB Australia was formed in 2004 by Felicia Nash to meet the needs of Electrical Contractors who needed assistance in compiling Operation and Maintenance Manuals and in drafting As Constructed Drawings as part of their contractual obligations on commercial construction and refurbishment projects they were engaged in. The service has now been expanded to cater for all services contractors such as mechanical, security, audio visual, fire detection etc. RJB Queensland offer a fixed sum service based on the value of your sub-contract package. We also provide a service to builders and principle contractors to manage the complete Operation and Maintenance process on their behalf to ensure that their subcontractors are complying with the contract specification and have completed them in a timely manner. In December 2008, Brett Nash joined his wife with the vision to grow the business and to provide additional services to their clients. Having worked in Senior Management for the previous eight years and also having operated his own, successful Electrical Contracting business for 14 years previously, Brett brings a wealth of knowledge to the business.
