RKS-AM is an independent financial and real estate group, with an international focus and presence, specialized in structuring and managing alternative investment vehicles. We are pioneers in identifying real estate investment opportunities in non-prime locations and in sectors with little institutional competition, creating value through a strategy of low risk and recurring returns. We design comprehensive strategies that encompass the entire investment cycle, from the identification of the product, its assessment and management, to its divestment. In 2016, the RKS Real Estate Fund was launched, domiciled in Luxembourg, and in 2019, Ktesios SOCIMI (REIT) that was later listed on Euronext Lisbon. RKS-AM is the asset & property manager of both.
