We assess candidates through competency based interviews to the agreed criteria and report to you on the candidates who display the necessary: • Qualifications and skills • Leadership experience • Attitudes and attributes We personally conduct a minimum of six reference checks across the 360 degree spectrum and verify qualifications for candidates under final consideration.
