We are a multi-disciplinary architectural practice based in West Wales. Over the previous decade and a half we have gained a wealth of experience working with both Housing Associations and Private Developers right across the country from Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire through to Swansea, Cardiff and Newport. Our in house planning expertise, coupled with our drawing team’s commitment to produce outstanding working drawings, we feel sets us apart from the competition. As a Chartered Architectural Practice with the CIAT and with a Chartership with the CIOB within RLH, we have all the relevant ‘tools’ and experience to deliver your project from initial Concept and Land Appraisal, through Welsh Government Technical Scrutiny and Pre Application Consultation (Affordable Housing) Planning, Technical Design, Construction and Handover. With our focus firmly on housing development, we are able to concentrate all our expertise in one direction, working with our clients towards achieving their aspirations. Whether it’s targeting a low or zero carbon development through to scrutinising modern methods of construction or alternative ways of procuring housing, then our aim is to support this process through embracing innovation and remaining open to all the possibilities.
