Real Love Real Grit (RLRG) provides data-informed, school-embedded Tier-2 support for middle school students struggling with emotional regulation, engagement, and academic follow-through. We align with the NJDOE SEL Framework and NJ4S prevention priorities, offering short, targeted coaching sessions, classroom observations, and parent-teacher collaboration to strengthen protective factors and reduce barriers to learning. RLRG is a community-based resilience partner helping students develop the skills, confidence, and grit needed to stay engaged and succeed. Schools count on us for consistent, structured support that complements existing student services and improves day-to-day functioning.
