RMA Engineering provides Civil, Electrical, and Network Engineering and GIS-related services across the United States. Our Electrical Engineering Team provides distribution, transmission, substation design, cybersecurity, and SCADA. We also specialize in disaster response, FEMA mitigation and statistical analysis. Our field services provide inspections, pole loading analysis, inventory, staking, make ready, joint use audits, and vegetation management. Our Network Engineering Team provides OSP design with an emphasis on fiber, network design, access design, transport design (back haul specials and EVC circuits), voice design, regulatory assistance, inventory management, fixed wireless design, middle-mile analysis, cybersecurity, SCADA, IP address acquisition, and IP design. Our GIS/Mapping team is the backbone of our Electrical and Network Engineering Teams. Our GIS experts understand the unique complexities of both the electrical and fiber distribution systems and the necessity for accurate data to be readily available for field technicians. The accurate asset inventory of the GIS increases the efficiency of the outage management prediction systems and expedites restoral times. Our GIS specialists provide data management, work order processing, job postings, field inventory collection, and map edits. Our Civil Engineering Team provides design services related to roadways, bridges, wastewater, water, and stormwater infrastructure. Our field services team offers construction administration and inspection and assists municipalities in reviewing utility rate studies. RMA provides short-term and long-term staff extensions. We fill the role as the in-house engineering department for many of our electric and telecommunications clients.
