At RMES Analytics we seek to bring asset-intensive companies Industry 4.0 concepts in the form of data analytics solutions. Thanks to our team of experts and state-of-the-art software, we increase process performance, remove bottlenecks, and improve throughput in large capital projects and production plants and fleets. We do this using different proprietary analysis, benchmarking, modeling, simulation, and optimization tools. Process digital models and real-time data allow our solutions to identify bottlenecks, calculate throughput losses, and know the impact of each equipment or component on the entire production process’ OEE. In 2018 RMES Analytics (a spinoff from CGS S.A.) became a part of the Global Entrepreneur Programme launched by the UK DIT, which recognized it as a “unique disruptive technology of exceptional global potential." In Chile, the RMES Suite has been identified as one of the 50 most innovative products with export potential. Our flagship product, the RMES Suite, focuses on data capture and analysis for improving process performance.
