Focusing on how it all began… We began RMS Networks to aid businesses in professional IT solutions as we realised that, as a customer you don’t always get what you ask for from consultants, suppliers and vendors. Taking on board the fundamentals of this key experience, we decided to be different and focus on the customer and view their requirements from their perspective and in doing so have gone from strength to strength. We understand you because for over a decade, that’s what we used to do. Our focus and ethos is not to inadvertently confuse you with technical jargon, but to engage with you in layman terms. At RMS Networks, we will work with you as an extension to your business. Our experienced and qualified staff come from a background of supporting internal staff and not treating you as an ‘account’. We work towards a can do attitude and ensure that all projects are treated cost-effectively, yet done right the first time round.
