We also have three district offices located in Springfield & Kansas City, Missouri and Carbondale, IL. The two Missouri sites were added in 2003 and Carl Ellis became a minority share holder. The Illinois location was started in 2013. Road Runner Safety Services has a sales department that sells throughout the U.S. Road Runner Safety Services also offers custom traffic control plans with suggested drawings for customers.
