We lay rejuvenated hot mix asphalt on top of a hot planed/milled surface providing a monolithic bond,(no tack needed) which will not allow water to penetrate the seam between the top and base course. More importunately reducing your liability of raised manholes, catch basins and rough milled surfaces. CLEANER: All our materials are already located and on your roads onsite. We eliminate: mining operation, trucking of aggregate, cold milling process & haulage to asphalt plants (creating mountains of RAP with harmful run off fines), we eliminate emissions made by asphalt plants & trucking back to the job site. GREENER: Hot In-Place Recycling uses 70% less petroleum products, we use 100% of the existing aggregate and old asphalt cement on-site and reduce greenhouse gases by 70% compared to conventional paving methods.
