Roads operates from a centrally located office in Osborne Park with a modern asphalt production plant and depot in Wangara. Since its inception in 1998, Roads has been fulfilling asphalt supply and lay contracts for State Government, Local Government and commercial clients. Roads is a preferred supplier for both the WALGA (Western Australian Local Government Association) civil construction contracts and the Downer Mouchel Integrated Services Agreement for the metropolitan area.
