I retired from a 30-year business career as the COO for the $3.6B company in 2016. It didn't take very long for me to realize how much I missed helping others succeed, so I decided to "un-retire" and start RDK Consulting and put my knowledge, skills, experience, and network to work helping others achieve success faster as a Business Coach, Consultant, and Mentor. What makes me unique to work with is my broad work experience growing from part-time delivery driver to COO of a large public company, helping my first company grow from $1 million to $500 million, being acquired by a larger company, then acting as COO for the combined businesses and grow from $2 billion to $3.6 billion in under two years. I have experience in privately held, employee owned, and publicly traded corporate structures. I have experienced a dozen acquisitions ranging from $100k to $750 million, as well as three sales transactions up to $3.8 billion.
