We will only partner with limited amount Manufacturer Partners, ensuring maximum focus for our partners. All manufacturers that we partner with must have synergies with existing partners. Our go to market is working with our Distribution Partners in Canada. We provide National coverage across Canada by engaging Distribution Partners at head office level, national accounts, and locally utilizing existing Regional Rep Agencies for ground penetration. Services Provided: Consulting – Creating a unique approach that is tailored to our Manufacturer Partner. This includes both short and long-term goals. We assist in guidance for negotiation, supply chain and logistics for import into Canada. Representation – With existing relationships at National Distribution Partners in the Safety/MRO segment, we can manage the relationship or add support as required. Rob Klassen Consulting Inc. has engagement at all levels at our Distribution Partners, National, Regional & Local. We engage existing Regional Independent Representation to engage our Distribution Partners at a local level ensuring National objectives are achieved. Training – Rob Klassen Consulting Inc. conducts Technical Distributor & End User training at both the National and local levels. Field Support – If Distribution Partners require field assistance at the End User level, the Rob Klassen Consulting Inc. group is there.
