Mike attended North Lake College while pursuing a Journeyman Electrical License that he obtained in 1988, and an International Electrical License in 1992. For many years, Mike worked as a Field Service Technician before realizing he had a passion for real estate. Ready for a new challenge, Mike received his Texas real estate license in 2001 and became Real Estate Sales Agent with Century 21. In 2004, Mike transferred to RE/MAX where he achieved both the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award and RE/MAX 100% Club Award. In 2016, Mike was selected D-Magazine Best Realtors Dallas, served on the advisory Board for RE/MAX, and was selected as a 5 Star Professional Real Estate Agent by Texas Monthly Magazine. Mike completed courses in Real Estate from Texas Tech University and acquired his Texas broker license in 2012. Mike is a member at Plymouth Park Baptist Church, and has volunteered for Meals on Wheels, Coached Upward Youth Basketball, Coached Youth Soccer and Baseball.
