Our agency was founded in 1998 by Robert “Bobby” Black. Bobby believed in helping people, serving the community, and working to make Mount Holly and Charlotte a better place. Today Bobby still works with the agency in a limited capacity but most of his time is spent enjoying retirement where he spends time with his Wife Melanie, children Anna and Joe, and his many grandkids. Bobby was the mayor of Mount Holly and served on countless boards throughout his career. Today the team at Robert Black Insurance continues Bobby’s vision of helping and protecting the city of Charlotte and all of North Carolina. Insurance and the world as we know it is rapidly changing.
