Law office with practice limited to taxation. present p.a. formed in 1989 but in practice since 1977 with various predecessor firms. in my practice i have represented individuals and small and large businesses in almost every area of taxation, foriegn and domestic, civil and criminal. i have represented clients in irs regular and eggshell audits, appeals, criminal tax investigations, grand jury investigations, ruling requests, tax court. i have assisted in structuring business organizations and individual investments to legally maximize tax savings. i prepare individual income tax returns for a select group of clients who believe as i do that it is easier to stay out of trouble than to get out of trouble.
