My approach centers on using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Conjoint Therapy (CBCT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based methods, like observation and acceptance of emotions. Shaped by my experience as an Intelligence Officer in the Canadian military and research on PTSD among veterans, my focus involves collaboratively cultivating new experiences and skills.
