We have started our first Italian food production in 2005 with artisanal fresh pasta serving small Gourmet-shops located in the North East of Italy. The Fresh Pasta business began to ramp up rapidly as we focused on custom made shapes (and pre-cooked single servings); the idea was well received by local restaurants and cafes. Built on the success of fresh pasta, following the same ideology other typical specialties such as Gnocchi, Ravioli & Tortellini were then introduced to both our regional market as well as our first foreign markets in Latvia and Czech Republic in 2010. The “Roberto Veneziani” company has since 2014 began manufacturing and processing Coffee beans, Nespresso Capsules, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Wine and Cornflakes in the facility based in Veneto. These (authentic/genuine) products are currently available in the North Italian market & Eastern European markets, with the horizon to enter new niche markets in the Middle East, starting with Iran.
