To ensure precision and consistency of joining processes in large Body-in-White environments, robot positions and parameters must be verified regularly. These checks traditionally rely on manual procedures, laser measurements, and expert reviews, often requiring production stops to guide robots to specific positions. Despite these costly measures, catching all errors remains challenging, and mistakes in analysis can result in problems as serious as deleted welds. RoboLive® is a digitalization solution for Body-in-White production. It analyzes robot programs by automatically extracting backups and visualizing all planned/actual joining positions and parameters in 3D space and interactive tables. By highlighting all changes and critical issues like misnamed or off-location welds, RoboLive® allows all staff to verify processes proactively during launches or troubleshooting with no manual effort or additional hardware.
