Robust Insight was established in 2011 to help organisations achieve their research & insight goals and give key decision makers the confidence they need to turn DATA into INSIGHT and INSIGHT into ACTION. Scott is part of a new generation of research and insight professionals who prides himself on consistently providing fast, insightful and effective research to help organisations increase their understanding of their customers, employees or target market. Robust Insight became an MRS Company Partner in 2014 and Scott is both a full member of the MRS and a member of the Independent Consultants Group. We operate an associate model whereby we tap into our network of highly-skilled market research professionals to assist with large projects or those requiring a specific skill set. Our associates include researchers, statisticians, moderators, CATI operators and designers. Scott personally manages and has a large involvement in every project and believes ownership and a sense of responsibility have been at the heart of Robust Research and Insight’s success.
