Our Premier Urban Farm supplies year-round toxin and contaminant free microgreens (and more) through a complete 100% organic and renewable growing process, from seed to packaging. Vertical hydroponic gardens like Rochester Microgreens grow 50% more produce indoors, than the same amount of space could horizontally on the ground, and with a fraction of the water consumption. Our produce taste better, and is better for you! Even the smallest amounts of microgreens are packed with vitamins and minerals, making them ideal for a variety of meal plans and nutritional therapy. We believe indoor farming offers a new innovative way to acquire high quality local produce. We’re apart of the coalition of urban farmers dedicated to revolutionizing the way we grow and distribute produce in urban communities. Rochester Microgreens currently operates inside a home-based farm in one of Rochester NY’s historic districts.
