Rock West Solutions develops sensors and sensor systems, including the signal processing algorithms and functional user interfaces to complement these products. From research and development, to prototyping and commercialization, we’ve got the experience to solve your most challenging problems cost effectively. Many members of our science and engineering team average over 20 years of experience in the design, analysis, fabrication, and qualification of electro-optic, infrared, RF, and radiation detection systems for airborne, space-borne, shipboard, and ground applications. Much of this experience stems from the development of optical and radiation systems used to measure small signatures in challenging sensing environments. This includes extensive EO/IR and nuclear source phenomenology, testing, and sensor systems development. As an adjunct to integrated sensor and their associated signal processing design, we have considerable experience in crafting and building simulators to test sensors and analytical techniques. These simulators use environmental and operational mission event scenarios to evaluate highly advanced sensor and signal processing performance.
