Rocket Baby Bakery
Rocket Baby is a bakery located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. We create all goods daily from scratch, using local sources to the greatest extent practical. We produce a growing range of artisanal breads and pastries, including a variety of naturally leavened hearth breads, baguettes and other yeasted breads. We’re open 7 days a week, serving sandwiches, pizza, soup and pastries. We offer a full range of artisanal breads for retail and wholesale. You will find our baguettes and rolls in some of the areas finest restaurants. We welcome your wholesale inquiries and currently offer a selection of our breads to our wholesale customers.
