Repayment of the loan is encouraged • Lend to UK limited companies, non-UK limited companies with/without domicile directors/shareholders • Automated valuations (AVM) on <£500K residential properties, saving time and cost for our clients • Cases underwritten with an entrepreneurial view Our product offers: Residential purchase bridge (houses and flats): • 1st charge = ≤75% against market value ('MV') or purchase price ('PP')(the lower of the two values) • 2nd charge = ≤70% against MV or PP (the lower of the two values) Residential refinance bridge: • 1st charge = ≤75% against MV or purchase price (the lesser of the two values) • 2nd charge = ≤70% against MV or purchase price (the lower of the two values) Semi-commercial and commercial bridge: • 1st charge = ≤70% against '180 day' valuation or PP (lower of the two values) • 2nd charge = ≤65% against 180 day or PP (lower of the two values) Land acquisition bridge: • 1st charge = ≤50% land only (up to 65% with a property / planning permission) against 180 day or PP (lower of the two values)
