Rockex Limited is a new private company focused on the development of its 100%-owned Lake St. Joseph IRON ORE deposit in northwestern Ontario. The Lake St. Joseph property is located approximately 100km northeast of Sioux Lookout and 80km southwest of Pickle Lake. Rockex will continue to develop the mineral resources at the Lake St. Joseph iron ore deposit and complete a preliminary economic assessment to determine the economic potential of developing a mine and mineral processing facilities at the Lake St. Joseph deposit. The company is considering a public listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2010.
