Rockport School

Rockport is a co-educational independent day and boarding school for pupils aged 2½-18, providing an intimate, nurturing and unique educational setting. It is a great school with a proud tradition. It is the only school of its kind in Northern Ireland, i.e. an independent Junior and Senior School, based on public school lines. Rockport is idyllically situated on the shores of Belfast Lough. As a Round Square school, strong values and a sense of adventure combine to provide both an inspiring environment and an education which goes far beyond the classroom. The Head is a member of the Incorporated Association of Preparatory Schools (IAPS), the largest association of Prep Schools in the UK with over 500 members. Rockport also boasts membership of the Boarding School Association (BSA). Rockport is also home to the only school-based Golf Academy in Ireland.
