Rockwall Grace Clinic

Grace Clinic is a faith-based nonprofit medical clinic in downtown Rockwall providing quality medical care to all adults and children. Our fees are heavily discounted when compared to traditional doctor's offices and urgent care facilities. In addition, we offer sliding scale discounts based on income to those Rockwall County residents that need additional assistance. Our qualified medical staff consists of bilingual Family Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants and Lab Technicians as well as volunteer Nurses and Medical Doctors. We are open 5 days a week and offer specialty weekend and extended hours. We offer Grace Cares Annual Membership plans that provide discounted services to individuals and families for as low as $25 per month. These plans are perfect for patients that are uninsured, self employed, on a high-deductible plan or a small business owner. We are a 501(c)3 organization and are funded by the generosity of individuals, organizations and businesses in our community. Your donations allow us to continue to provide quality, affordable medical care and are vital to our mission.
