Since 1983 Rodax has been consistently present in the industrial markets with an allround program of temperature sensors and assemblies. In close cooperation with our globally present customers we created highly reliable solutions for general and specific applications. We deliver the following applications and services: HIGH TEMPERATURE THERMOCOUPLES Our temperature sensors are designed for temperature measurement in harsh, high temperature and abrasive environments. The materials we use have excellent chemical resistance properties, high abrasive and thermal shock resistance, very low permeability and a high mechanical strength. INDUSTRIAL ASSEMBLIES Due to the fact that we manufacture some very high end temperature sensors, we have developed a wide range of industrial assemblies. All our sensors are fully and individually tested. FURNACE & BOILER THERMOCOUPLES Our furnace and boiler thermocouples are installed in challenging environments. These thermocouples excel in longevity, economy on fuel, increased tube life and tube reliability. HIGH VIBRATION RESISTANCE THERMOMETERS In response to our customers’ requirements, we have designed Pt 100 sensors to withstand vibration in the order of 2-2500Hz, 30g, shock 500g in 3 axes. Since then, we have supplied thousands of sensors for use on compressors, turbines, pumps and a multitude of other applications. MULTIPOINT REACTOR TEMPERATURE ASSEMBLIES We have constructed hundreds of reactor assemblies in close cooperation with major customers. Whether you want to measure profile or zone temperatures, hotspots or exact temperatures, we can always develop adequate solutions. ONSITE SERVICES Our team of experienced co-workers is specialized in the installation of our furnace and boiler thermocouples. We offer complete services from front to end, from the definition of a detailed scope of supply to the definition of installation (risk analysis, welding procedures, supervision, etc.) and the final installation and control.
