Rodcal International formed in 2003 offer Business and Project Management Consulting Services for the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical sector. Our offices are located in Florida, USA. Rodcal International added value starts with designing contract strategy (Lump Sum, Open Book, Alliance, etc) and preparing legal and technical documentation to support Invitation to Bid (ITB), clarifications to the bid process, evaluation of proposals, recommendation of award and negotiation of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) or Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) contracts. During Project Execution Rodcal can provide technical assistance with support key personnel as part of the owner team in areas like: Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, Construction Supervision, Commissioning and Start Up.
