BUSINESS SUMMARY: Rodriguez is a professional civil engineering, municipal services, and land surveying firm supporting infrastructure across the Philadelphia region. Our core areas include DESIGN, with expertise in land development, site retrofits, and utility planning; GEOSPATIAL, including surveying, 3D scanning, sUAS, and GPS; and MUNICIPAL SERVICES, such as utility coordination, construction inspection, permit reviews, infrastructure data collection, and field testing services. As a long standing Philadelphia business, Rodriguez is certified as a Local Business Enterprise (LBE) and Small Business in the City of Philadelphia. Since 2007, we have also held the City’s Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification and remain certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. Headquartered in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood, we are deeply committed to improving our city’s infrastructure and supporting strong, resilient communities through our engineering work. RODRIGUEZ UNIVERSITY: Founded in 2020, Rodriguez University prepares local residents for entry level careers in surveying, permitting, and municipal fieldwork. Graduates have secured roles in City departments and partner organizations, reinforcing our commitment to developing Philadelphia’s infrastructure workforce.
