The Managing Director, Robert Garaguso, has over 30 years experience in successfully managing numerous operations. The roles that Robert has been involved in have enabled him to accumulate a great wealth of expertise in implementing operational systems and procedures, manufacturing processes, supply chain management and establishing quality systems from project inception to completion. As well as managing projects at various stages of the project’s life, Rogara also provides bespoke business development and sales management services. Rogara has assisted multiple established and start-up companies. observing that the most valuable lessons and important experiences are found when things do not quite go to plan. These diverse experiences and leanings are most valuable when ensuring systems are in place and time is used as efficiently as possible.
